a. School Capacity
1). In 2016/2017 Academic year, KHALIFA IMS Primary will accept 75 new students in primary 1.
2). We accept transfer students in Primary 2 to 5 when the capacity is not full. Please contact us for the empty seats.
3). The maximum capacity per class is 25 students.
b. General Principles
1). Selection is on “First Come, First Served” basis and registration will be closed when full capacity has been reached.
2). Candidates will be considered as accepted to the School when they have fulfilled all the academic & administrative requirements, and confirmation of payment has been received by Marketing Department.
c. Age Eligibility
1). Primary 1
It is subject to the seat availability. Students must have turned 6 years of age by September 30 and pass the socio emotional observation and academic assessments: Bahasa Indonesia, Maths, English and Science.
2). Primary 2
It is subject to the seat availability. Students must have turned 7 years of age by September 30 and pass the socio emotional observation and academic assessments: Bahasa Indonesia, Maths, English and Science.
3). Primary 3
It is subject to the seat availability. Students must have turned 8 years of age by September 30 and pass the socio emotional observation and academic assessments: Bahasa Indonesia, Maths, English and Science.
4). Primary 4
It is subject to the seat availability. Students must have turned 9 years of age by September 30 and pass the socio emotional observation and academic assessments: Bahasa Indonesia, Maths, English and Science.
5). Primary 5
It is subject to the seat availability. Students must have turned 10 years of age by September 30 and pass the socio emotional observation and academic assessments: Bahasa Indonesia, Maths, English and Science.
6). Primary 6
It is subject to the seat availability. Students must have turned 11 years of age by September 30 and pass the socio emotional observation and academic assessments: Bahasa Indonesia, Maths, English and Science.
2. Admission Procedures
a. Step 1: Pay the registration fee.
b. Step 2: Sit in the Observation, Interviews and Assessments.
c. Step 3: Receive the Observation and Assessment Result.
d. Step 4: Re-register.
e. Step 5: Pay the Enrolment Fees, all at once or by installments.
f. Step 6: Pay the Enrolment Fee Balance.
a. Step 1: Pay the Registration Fee.
1). Pay the Rp. 300.000 (three hundred thousand rupiah) registration fee.
2). The Registration Fee covers:

  • Written tests
  • Students’ Interview and oral test
  • Psycho test by the appointed psychologists.
3). The Registration Fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
b. Step 2: Sit in the Observation, Interviews and Assessments.
1). Socio Emotional Observation. It is done by teachers to gather information about each student readiness to study in primary level. The information will later be used to help him or her later both during the adjustment and learning periods.
2). Academic Assessments: Bahasa Indonesia, Maths, English and Science.
The purpose of the Academic Assessments is to map each student initial academic background so that we will have the proper treatment for each student.
3). Parent Interviews
Parents will be scheduled to have an interview session with our management team.
4). Psycho test will be carried out by the appointed psychologists and parents will have a report.
c. Step 3: Receive the Observation and Assessment Result.
Parents will be notified by our marketing people via email in the form of Student Acceptance Letter which states whether the kid is or is not accepted.
d. Step 4: Re-register.
1). For Indonesian Students
a). The completed Registration Form
b). 1 (one) copy of parents (father & mother) / guardian Identity Card
Should the residential address be different from the address in the ID and KK, parents must have Surat Keterangan Domisili from the local Kelurahan where the family currently reside.
c). 1 (one) copy of Family Card (stating candidate’s name)
d). 2 (two) copies of the candidate’s Birth Certificate.
e). 4 pieces of photos with a 3×4 size
f). Please bring the original Family Card to be shown to Marketing Staff (only for sibling Enrolment) in KHALIFA IMS BINTARO
2). For Expatriate Students
a). The completed Registration Form
b). 1 (one) copy of parents (father & mother) / guardian and candidate’s passport
c). 1 (one) copy of parents (father & mother) / guardian and candidate’s KITAS
d). 1 (one) copy of Family Card (stating candidate’s name).
e). 2 (two) copies of the candidate’s Birth Certificate.
f). 4 pieces of photos with a 3×4 size
g). Please bring the original Family Card to be shown to Marketing Staff (only for sibling Enrolment) in KHALIFA IMS BINTARO
h). Notification Letter of Equivalence from National Education Department (Depdiknas), Government of Indonesia

e. Step 5: Pay the Enrolment Fees, all at once or by installments.
1). Paying the total amount all at once will have a discount of Rp. 500.000.
2). Installments can be done 4x.

5). All payments are not refundable.

  f. Step 6: Pay the Enrolment Fee Balance.
1). The balance must be settled four months after the first installment.
2). The payment date is the one written on the bank transaction slip.
