Responsibilities:
1. Understand and implement the vision and mission of the school.
2. Implement curricular plans, monitor and evaluate in order to meet requirements and targets.
3. Familiar with National and Cambridge curricula.
4. Implement and maintain a positive school environment as well as discipline and safe environment for students.
5. Monitor and report students’ progress
Requirements:
1. Maximum 40 years old.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Education majoring in Religion (PAI), English, Math, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Social
Science (History, Geography, and Sociology), Physical Education, and Music.
3. Minimum 2 year working experiences as subject teacher, preferably from SPK School.
4. Having Teacher Profession Certificate (PPG or Akta IV) is more preferable.
5. Presentable and pleasant personality.
6. Capable of using various strategies, methods and techniques of teaching and learning.
7. Energetic, discipline, integrity, highly motivated and available to work extra hours within limits.
8. Computer savvy.
9. Fluent in English.
10. Available for full time employment.

CUSTOMER RELATION OFFICER
Responsibilities:
1. Handling students' administration.
2. Handling students' financial matters.
3. Serving existing and potential customers
4. Handle all incoming calls.
5. Handle customers' complaints via phone, email, mail or social media.
6. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
7. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
8. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer account through open and interactive communication.
9. Assist administrative operational needs
10. Prepare work plan and activity report periodically.
Requirements:
1. Maximum 30 year old.
2. Presentable and pleasant personality.
3. Graduated from reputable university with Bachelor degree majoring in Communication, Marketing, Secretarial or Public Relation.
4. Minimum 2 years working experience as customer service or receptionist field.
5. Capable of doing effective and efficient system in place and produce accurate and timely reporting.
6. Good communication, highly motivated and available to work extra hours within limits.
7. Able to operate computer and IT savvy.
8. Able to speak and write English.
9. Willing to be placed in Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan.
HUMAN RESOURCE CUM SCHOOL COUNSELOR
Responsibilities:
1. Assist management for recruitment and replacement program
2. Assist management for training and development program
3. Assist management for performance management program
4. Provide guidance and counseling services to students
5. To develop and implement school counseling programs that enhances students’ success
6. To evaluate students’ career/academic goals and assist them to set realistic objectives
7. Assist students with special needs and cooperate with their parents
8. Make reports on students progress
9. Conduct Basic Competency Test for screening new students
Requirements:
1. Maximum 35 years old
2. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (psychologist profession is much preferable) or Counseling Education
3. Minimum 2 year working experiences as Student Counselor or Human Resource
4. Presentable and pleasant personality
5. Able to communicate in English orally and written
6. Support project management; having project management skills and exposure is an advantage
7. Capable to use Google apps/programs (drive, slides, sheet, doc, calendar etc), Microsoft Excel/Word. Keep abreast with technology
8. Have skill of Data analysis (quantitative and or qualitative data)
9. Capable of using various strategies, methods and techniques of coaching and counseling
10. Energetic, lively, discipline, integrity, highly motivated and available to work extra hours within limits

IT SUPPORT
Responsibilities:
1. Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications, monitoring and maintaining
computer system and network, email, website, troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and
solving hardware or software faults.
2. Maintenance of the security software.
3. Maintain and handle disruptions to the network (internet) in all users, as well as do troubleshooting of all IT work
facilities to support all stakeholders to be able to carry out their respective functions optimally.
4. Installing, configuring, repairing or replacing hardware or software components to ensure usability.
5. Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
6. Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers.
7. Performing tests and evaluations on new software and hardware.
8. Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting
9. Conducting daily backup operations.
10. Analyze and evaluates machine usage based on current usage patterns and develops plans for the acquisition of
hardware and software needed to support future IT requirements.
11. Oversee and ensure smooth day to day operations of the school
Requirements:
1. Maximum 35 years old.
2. Graduated from bachelor degree majoring Computer Science or Information Technology.
3. Minimum 3 years working experience as IT support or IT helpdesk.
4. Familiar with concept and implementation of LAN/WAN, IP, Firewall and Cabling; hardware, software, servers, network, OS, etc (including repair & troubleshooting).
5. Familiar and experienced with CCTV and IT security.
6. Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude and able to put effective and efficient system in place and procure accurate and timely reporting.
7. Good communication skill, discipline, highly motivated and available to work extra hours within limits.
8. Able to manage multiple priorities and handle unexpected situations professionally and successfully.
9. Able to speak and write English fluently.
10. Willing to be placed in Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan.
VICE PRINCIPAL FOR CURRICULUM
Responsibilities:
1. Able provide positive leadership, motivate colleagues and serve as a role model to teachers and students.
2. Understand and implement the vision and mission of the school.
3. Develop yearly school curriculum plans and annual academic calendar. Also implement, monitor and evaluate in order to meet requirements and targets.
4. Good understanding with all district or province requirements and ensure that schools are in compliance with the requirements.
5. Good understanding about National and Cambridge curriculum.
6. Good understanding about RIPS and RKAS.
7. Good understanding about implementation and evaluation of various learning methods and what is most suitable for each subject.
8. Create a positive school environment and maintain or implement an effective discipline plan to create a safe environment for students and teachers.
9. Monitoring and evaluating teachers in a fair and objective manner.
10. Manage harmonious relationship with colleagues, stakeholders and government.
11. Manage multiple priorities and handle unexpected situations professionally and successfully.
12. Manage day to day operations of the school especially related with curriculum implementation and evaluation.
Requirements:
1. Maximum 40 year old.
2. Graduated from reputable University with minimum bachelor degree majoring English Education or any related field.
3. Minimum 3 year working experience as curriculum coordinator or vice principal. Experience from SPK School will be much preferable.
4. Good analytical and decision-making skills, able to put effective and efficient system in place and produce accurate and timely reporting.
5. Good leadership, discipline, loyal, strong integrity, highly motivated and available to work extra hours within limits.
6. Able to operate computer and IT savvy.
7. Able to speak and write English fluently.
